Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal by email before the 14-day period expires. You do not need to give a reason.
Withdrawing from the purchase reverses the contract. Please contact Norvelaro at info@novelaro.com before sending goods back so we can provide the return instructions. This request for return instructions does not affect your right to withdraw within the 14-day period.
Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the goods back within 14 days. You may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
Important Information About Sale Items
Sale items are also covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. A sale price does not by itself exclude that right.
Return Conditions and Refunds
For a return under the statutory right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.
- You may inspect the goods as described above. You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond that inspection.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if we informed you of this before purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Refunds
We will refund the payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We do not have to reimburse additional delivery costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard option we offered.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. We will refund you using the original payment method unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where we informed you of this before purchase. The cost of standard delivery to you will be refunded if you withdraw from the purchase. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
Incorrect Item
If you receive an item you did not order, please contact Norvelaro at info@novelaro.com before returning it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Norvelaro at info@novelaro.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation by emailing info@novelaro.com within 48 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to stop the shipment. You may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.
